How far in advance should I place a custom order?
We recommend placing your order at least 5-7 days in advance for cupcakes and smaller items, and 10-14 days for custom cakes and large event platters. For peak seasons like holidays and graduation weekends, earlier is always better.How is pricing determined for custom orders?
Pricing depends on the size, complexity of design, number of servings, and any specialty ingredients. We'll provide a detailed quote after reviewing your request -- no surprises.What flavors and fillings do you offer?
We offer a rotating selection of cake flavors, fillings, and frostings. Popular choices include carrot cake, chocolate mousse, and blueberry vanilla bean. Ask us about current seasonal options when you submit your request.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate requests for gluten-free, nut-free, and other dietary needs. Please note any restrictions in your order form and we'll let you know what's possible. Our kitchen does handle common allergens.Do you offer delivery or is it pickup only?
Currently, most orders are available for pickup directly from KK's Bakery. Local delivery may be available for larger orders depending on your location -- ask us when you inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate.
